We went to a ‘summer living’ evening at the local garden centre this evening. We arrived when it started, which turned out to be a mistake as none of the demonstrations were scheduled to start until at least an hour later.
Since we didn’t fancy standing around and helping ourselves to nibbles we made a swift exit, but not before a seed stand for the Suttons Eden Project range caught my eye.
I was reasonably restrained and only chose 4 packets: Yin Yang beans, Liquorice, Mexican gherkins and Tomatillo.
The liquorice and the beans can be sown now; looks like the others will be a treat for next year.
