Since Christmas I’ve been working on (and dropping occasional hints about) a big writing project. I can finally unveil it today – ‘Growing Vegetables is Fun’ is a Bookazine (a cross between a glossy magazine and a book) from Dennis Publishing.

It’s aimed at children between 5 and 12 years old – so if you’re looking for something to keep your kids occupied during the Easter holidays then this might be just the thing.

As it says on the cover, it comes with 10 free packets of vegetable seeds, so it’s almost everything you need in one package and covers everything from sowing seeds and making compost through to the environmental and health benefits of growing some of your own veggies.

The Bookazine is £9.99 and goes on sale at Tesco, Asda,
Sainsbury’s, WHSmiths and Wyevale Gardens centres from 19th March.

I need to say a very big Thank You to the team at Dennis, who have done an awesome job on the Bookazine (it looks fantastic) and also to Jane and Al who both played a big part in me be given this opportunity.
