Garden Organic are running a Bokashi composting trial. You don’t have to be a member of Garden Organic to take part, you just have to have the equipment for Bokashi composting. The reporting forms can be downloaded from the website.
The idea is to find out whether Bokashi composting is a useful way of dealing with food waste, whether it should be added to regular compost heaps and the effect it has on the resulting compost if it is.
The results will be available on the home composting website.
